Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
